Refund Policy

At Zoomies Mobile Dog Gym, we take pride in delivering high-quality, personalized service for every pup. To maintain fairness and consistency for all clients, we have established the following refund policy:

🔄 General Policy

All sales are final.
Zoomies does not issue refunds for unused, missed, or expired sessions under any circumstances.

💳 Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are auto-billed monthly and will continue until cancelled by the customer.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

  • Once billed, the subscription fee is non-refundable, even if sessions are not used.
     

🎟️ Punch Passes​

  • Punch Passes are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused sessions after the expiration period.

  • Punch Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.
     

👑 Premium Services & Add-Ons

  • Add-ons such as Royal Treatment and Fetch 'n Go must be scheduled in advance and are non-refundable once the session has been completed or missed.

  • If a session is cancelled with at least 24 hours notice, the add-on charge may be rescheduled for a future session but will not be refunded.
     

❄️ Weather & Emergencies
 

If Zoomies needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to weather, mechanical issues, or emergencies:

  • We will contact you as soon as possible.

  • You may reschedule the session at no additional charge.

  • If Zoomies is unable to fulfill your service within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
