Welcome to Zoomies Mobile Dog Gym! By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. 🐾 Services

​

Zoomies Mobile Dog Gym provides mobile treadmill fitness and enrichment sessions for dogs, as well as optional add-on services such as in-home pickup and pampering treatments. All services are subject to availability and are scheduled in advance.

2. 📅 Appointments & Cancellations

​

• Sessions must be scheduled in advance and confirmed via our online system or directly with a Zoomies representative.

• We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Missed sessions without proper notice will be forfeited and not refunded.
   

3. 💳 Payments & Billing

​

• All payments must be made in advance via our secure checkout system.

• Subscriptions are auto-billed monthly until canceled.

• You may cancel a subscription with at least 7 days notice before your next billing cycle to avoid renewal.

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for unused, missed, or expired sessions.
   

4. 🐕 Dog Eligibility

• All dogs must be in good health, up to date on vaccinations, and cleared for treadmill use by their vet if required.

• Zoomies reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a dog displays aggressive behavior or medical concerns.

• Dogs must be leashed and supervised until handed off to a Zoomies team member.
   

5. 🛠️ Service Limitations

• Zoomies operates within designated service areas (currently Utah County).

• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to inclement weather, vehicle issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Royal Treatment and Fetch 'n Go add-ons must be selected and confirmed prior to each session.
   

6. 🔐 Privacy

Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for details on how your personal data is collected, used, and protected.

7. ⚖️ Liability

​

• Pet owners acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity and agree Zoomies is not liable for injuries, illness, or behavior changes unless due to negligence.

• Owners accept full responsibility for their dog’s behavior and health during services.

• Zoomies is not liable for lost or damaged personal property during sessions or pickups.
   

8. 🚪 In-Home Pickup (Fetch 'n Go)

• If you select this add-on, we must have clear access and instructions for safe, secure entry.

• Zoomies is not responsible for any in-home incidents outside of the agreed pickup process.
   

9. 📝 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
